After two years of trying to get a Court date from a reluctant Judge, our clients were successful in protecting a million dollar plus Trust Fund, which was set up for three minor children after their father suffered a tragic injury at work. The trust proceeds will continue to be managed privately and professionally without interference from the Court or other “monetarily-minded” relatives who sought access to it and will be there to support these kids for the rest of their lives.
