Victory Defending Innocent NH Tenant

Victory defending Innocent NH Tenant resulting in a Rare “Abuse of Process” finding against the “legally”-advised Landlord who sued for Eviction

We are very happy to share that a Plaintiff-landlord and his overly aggressive attorney lost in a New Hampshire District Court when they tried to evict our client. The Court rightfully found this lawsuit, which caused significant emotional distress. It was a poorly camouflaged abuse of the New Hampshire judicial process to retaliate against the tenant and his family members, including the landlord’s estranged spouse, who was at that time divorcing him, as our client-tenant was her older middle-aged father.

Not all sons-in-law are the same and not all attorneys, unfortunately, abide by a proper set of ethics. While not easy, we feel like we are achieving Justice for our clients when we are able to reverse these tactics, where such abuse and dishonesty end up collapsing these efforts.
