Attorney Courtney Pasay Vaughan is a skilled attorney and adept mediator with an exceptionally unique ability to convene, communicate, and collaborate across parties and their concomitant priorities. After graduating with Honors from the University of New Hampshire, in Durham, Attorney Pasay Vaughan brought her skills to Washington, DC, where she worked for the next ten (10) years in various public policy and regulatory positions within the Executive Branch, in the White House Liaison Office, as well as several other federal agencies, where she supported organizational and programmatic public policy initiatives.
After a successful career in government, Attorney Pasay Vaughan graduated from law school. She became both a lawyer and a mediator and possesses degrees from the Massachusetts School of Law and Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation, respectively. Since 2012, Attorney Pasay Vaughan has advised clients regarding legal, regulatory, and compliance issues across several business sectors and has successfully mediated matters ranging from divorce and family law issues to contract disputes, among others, in the field of law. Attorney Pasay Vaughan’s diverse and unique experience and legal skillsets provide both her individual and business clients with regulatory solutions, effective and strategic legal solutions, and creative conflict resolutions.
